Very wise and true. We can probably have it all in a lifetime -but I have learned that we can’t have it all all at the same time! But life is relational, and the relationships are at the core of whether our dreams keep propelling us forward! (and allow us to grow beyond the nightmares!). Again, you all did a wonderful team thing on the river, and as I watch the Mississippi from my place just south of the little falls, mn dam I will remember! Salut! Cheers! Shalom! And have a peaceful Christmas!
Everyday I look out my window, I think of you all. The river is frozen still on the surface and about 10 feet higher than it was when you passed by.
I dream of spring and getting back on the river when the ice breaks. And hope to meet with you all again one day!
Sarah do you still want to do a “smaller” (shorter) river.. I’m with ya girl!!!!
I love this comment because of how true it is. I am so very glad that your expedition was a success!
It was also a privilege to have had a part of your journey. Meeting all of you truly has changed my life. More to follow later!
Have a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

May all of your adventures be as exciting and as safe as this one has been, and may you allways have careing people supporting your dreams
Hi Kyle,
I recently met your father, who turned me on to this site. I must say that I am more than a bit envious of your journey, it sounds like one heck of a fun adventure.
My compliments to your artistic skill, I’ve always been interested in photography although I’ve never done much with that interest.

One at home patiently waits for the safe return of her loved ones…and rejoices the day they walk through the front door : )
